Continuous Print Subscription Terms:

All subscriptions are continuous which means your subscription will continue and you will be billed until you cancel the subscription. You have the right to cancel service at any time by calling 641-782-2141 or sending an email to circulation@crestonnews.com. You will be charged for any service prior to cancellation.

All print subscriptions come with unlimited digital access and also include up to 12 premium issues each calendar year. Your account will be charged an additional fee of up to $4 in the billing period when the premium issue publishes. This will result in shortening the length of your billing period. You can opt out of premium issues by contacting customer service at 641-782-2141. The Thanksgiving Day paper is considered a holiday premium edition that is part of all subscription packages.

Future prices of your subscription may be higher. We reserve the right to increase rates at any time. You will be notified in advance of any change in rates. In addition to premium issues described above, pay through dates will be affected by different factors, including but not limited to, changes in delivery, service adjustments and interruptions in service.

Refund Policy – if your subscription is terminated and you have a credit balance of more than $3.00 with us, a refund a check will be mailed to the postal address we have on record approximately sixty (60) days following termination.

We reserve the right to change these Subscriber Terms and Conditions (Terms) at any time in our discretion and to notify you of any such changes by changing the Revision Date of these Terms. The most current version of these Terms will supersede all previous versions. Your continued subscription after the posting of any amended Terms shall constitute your agreement to be bound by any such changes.

Continuous Digital Subscription Terms –

All digital subscriptions include unlimited digital access to ShawLocal.com. You will be able to access the Service solely through your own credentials (e.g., an email address and password), which you agree not to share with others.

Payment Policy – all digital subscriptions are on an automatic renewal payment term, determined by your choice of subscription service available. We will bill the subscription fee at your chosen term, every 4 weeks, monthly or annually to your chosen valid method of payment. Your payment will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period. Future prices of your subscription may be higher. We reserve the right to increase rates at any time. You will be notified in advance of any change in rates.

Promotional subscriptions to “new subscribers only” are offered, unless otherwise stated. Promotions are offered for a limited time. At the end of the promotional period, unless you cancel the subscription prior to the end of the trial, you will automatically be charged at the renewal price offered to you during sign-up using the payment method provided.

Refund Policy – When you cancel a subscription, you cancel only future charges associated with your subscription. You will not receive a pro-rata return of any fees that you have already paid. You may initiate your cancellation at any time, but the cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to content until the cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing period.
