How to watch this week’s Iowa high school state wrestling tournament

How to follow all 12 CNA-area wrestlers or Creston/O-M’s dual run

With the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the atmosphere won’t be the same this winter for the Iowa high school state wrestling tournament.

And while the Wells Fargo Arena may not be packed to the brim with fans across Iowa’s three wrestling classes, there is still a way to keep up with your town’s wrestlers or family members who will be competing this week.

Action begins with Wednesday’s state duals competition, followed by the traditional tournament Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Wrestling fans across the state and around the country will be tuning in to follow the action. Here’s how you can follow along with the action.

Streaming

For those who would like to visually keep up with their wrestlers or teams, there’s several ways to steam the tournament this week.

The Iowa High School Sports Network (IHSSN) has teamed up with Trackwrestling to stream all matches from both the state duals and traditional state tournaments. You can also watch all of the action live for free both online and through the Watch IHSSN app, which available on iOS, Apple TV, Android, Android TV, Amazon Fire and Roku.

The IHSNN will also be linked to local television stations and cable companies, broadcasting statewide.
