Christopher G. Selvy, 22, of Creston, was taken into custody 9:46 a.m. Jan. 17, in the 400 block of South Elm Street on the charges of driving while revoked and operation without a required interlock device.
According to a Creston Police report, Selvy was observed driving a 1994 Chevy S10. A traffic stop was conducted and Selvy was confirmed to have a revoked license. Selvy was also ordered to have SR-22 insurance and an interlock device installed in his vehicle and did not. He told officers he was on his way to court and running late.
Selvy was cited and released on a summons to appear.

Angel J. Davis, 43, of Creston, was taken into custody 1:07 a.m. Jan. 18, at the Union County Law Enforcement Center on the charge of OWI, first offense.
According to a Creston Police report, at approximately 12:35 a.m. a traffic stop was conducted on a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu for a non-working headlight at Mills Street. Contact was made with the driver, identified as Davis, and a strong odor of a consumed alcoholic beverage was detected. Davis made statements she had been drinking alcohol prior to being stopped and she should probably not be driving. She also stated several times she would fail any tests she was given.
Davis consented to field sobriety testing and showed multiple clues of impairment. She consented to a PBT which produced a result of over .08% BrAC. She consented to provide a breath specimen for chemical testing which indicated Davis to have a BAC of .095%.
Davis was transported to the Union County Jail where she was released from after posting $1,000 cash or surety bond.

Lela A. Churchwell, 45, of Creston, was taken into custody 5 p.m. Jan. 18, at her residence on a Union County warrant for the charge of failure to appear on the original charge of public intoxication.
According to Union County District Court documents, Churchwell was ordered to appear Jan. 14 for an initial hearing on the original charge and did not.
Churchwell was transported to the Union County Jail where she was released from after posting $300 cash or surety bond.

Nickolas A. Treanor, 42, of Creston, was taken into custody 7:48 p.m. Jan. 18, at the Union County Law Enforcement Center on the charge of possession of a controlled substance - marijuana, first offense.
According to a Creston Police report, at approximately 6:34 p.m. a traffic stop was conducted on a 1996 Chevrolet C15 pickup for equipment violations in the 400 block of North Walnut Street, and the odor of marijuana was detected coming from the vehicle.
A probable cause search was conducted. Several paraphernalia items were located including two pipes, a grinder and other items. Treanor, a passenger in the truck, had a small bag of marijuana on his person.
Treanor was transported to the Union County Jail where he was released from after posting $1,000 cash or surety bond.

Austin J. Breuklander, 19, of Eagleville, Missouri, was taken into custody 7:10 p.m. Jan. 18, at Walnut and Howard streets on the charges of possession of a controlled substance - marijuana, first offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to a Creston Police report, a traffic stop was conducted on a 1996 Chevrolet C15 pickup for equipment violations in the 400 block of North Walnut Street. The odor of marijuana was detected coming from the vehicle.
A probable cause search was conducted. Several paraphernalia items were located including two pipes, a grinder and other marijuana packaging. Breuklander, a passenger in the vehicle was found to have THC products on his person and claimed ownership of the items.
Breuklander was transported to the Union County Jail where he was released from after posting $1,300 cash or surety bond.

Abby J. Woodruff, 22, of Eagleville, Missouri, was taken into custody 8:56 p.m. Jan. 18, at the Union County Law Enforcement Center on the charges of possession of a controlled substance - marijuana, first offense; possession of a controlled substance, first offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to a Creston Police report, at approximately 6:34 p.m. a traffic stop was conducted on a 1996 Chevrolet C15 pickup for equipment violations in the 400 block of North Walnut Street and contact was made with the driver, identified as Woodruff. The odor of marijuana was detected coming from the vehicle.
A probable cause search was conducted. Several paraphernalia items were located including two pipes and a grinder. A hydrocodone pill was also found, which no one in the vehicle had a prescription for. Woodruff claimed ownership of all of the items.
Woodruff was transported to the Union County Jail where she was released from after posting $2,300 cash or surety bond.

Tanner J. Richardson, 18, of Tingley, was taken into custody 12:33 a.m. Jan. 19, at the Union County Law Enforcement Center on the charge of possession or purchase of alcohol by person age 18/19/20, first offense.
According to a Creston Police report, Richardson was found to be in possession of alcohol at a residence on Howard Street.
Richardson was transported to the Union County Jail where he was released from after posting $300 cash or surety bond.
