Cassandra M. Davis, 46, of Lenox, was taken into custody 1:14 a.m. Dec. 21, at Cromwell Road and Highway 34 on the charge of driving while suspended.
According to a Creston Police report, Davis was the driver of a 2008 Jeep Wrangler and has a suspended license.
Davis was cited and released on a summons to appear.

William J. Long, 53, of Creston, was taken into custody 2:59 a.m. Dec. 21, at Adams and McKinley streets on the charge of OWI, first offense.
According to a Creston Police report, at approximately 2:08 a.m. a 2007 Ford F150 was observed weaving within its lane while westbound on Adams Street. The F150 also had a brake light out.
A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the driver, identified as Long who had bloodshot, watery eyes, slurred speech and a strong odor of a consumed alcoholic beverage coming from his person. Several open cans of Twisted Tea were observed on the passenger floorboard of the truck.
Long made statements about drinking three beers earlier in the evening. He consented to field sobriety testing and showed numerous validated clues of impairment. He was unable to perform a PBT successfully. Long consented to provide a breath specimen for chemical testing which indicated Long to have a BAC of .170%.
Long was transported to the Union County Jail where he was released from on his own recognizance on a promise to appear.

Truston M. Gray, 40, of Creston was taken into custody 10:26 a.m. Dec. 21, at the Union County Law Enforcement Center on a Union County warrant for the charge of failure to appear on the original charge of driving while revoked.
According to a Union County District Court document, Gray was ordered to appear Dec. 20 for arraignment on the original charge and did not.
Gray was transported to the Union County Jail where he was released from after posting $2,000 cash bond.
