Creston Police report - July 26, 2024

Yarioska Rondoncama, 40, of Brooklyn, New York, was taken into custody 4:46 p.m. July 25, at the Union County Law Enforcement Center on a Union County warrant for the charge failure to appear on the original charge of driving while license denied or revoked.

According to Union County District Court documents, Rondoncama was ordered to appear July 23, for an initial appearance on the original charge and did not.

Rondoncama was transported to the Union County Jail where he was released from after posting $1,000 cash or surety bond.

Stewart R. Andersen, 34, and Jeremy W. Ebrecht, 28, both of Creston, were taken into custody 11 p.m. July 25, in the 500 block of North Division Street on the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to a Creston Police report, at approximately 10:53 p.m. officers were at a residence for a civil issue. While there, officers observed a bong used to smoke marijuana. Both Andersen and Ebrecht willingly gave officers drug paraphernalia when asked.

Andersen and Ebrecht were both cited and released at the scene on a summons to appear.
