In 2023, Miller violated the terms of her probation by moving without permission, the home she moved to also included minors she did not have permission to be around. She also deleted text messages from her phone. In 2024, Miller did not accurately report her address, left the state and travelled to Nebraska without notifying or getting permission from her probation officer and was not honest with probation about contact with law enforcement, unapproved contact with minors and an Iowa Department of Health and Human Services investigation.

Miller was transported to the Adams County Jail where she was released from after posting $12,000 cash bond.
