Union County arrests - July 3, 2024

Eric L. Millslagle, 41, of Cromwell, was taken into custody July 2, on a Union County warrant for the charge of theft, first degree.

According to a Creston Police report, at approximately 9:12 a.m. May 17, Millslagle wrote a check to a business in Creston for $15,261.54. The business attempted to deposit the check multiple times but was unable due to insufficient funds. Millslagle had been served civil papers and was mailed a certified letter on the matter but did not make any attempt to resolve the issue.

Millslagle was transported to the Union County Jail where he was released from after posting 10% of $10,000 cash or surety bond.
