Lee D. Goll, 36, of Ankeny, was served 2:16 p.m. Feb. 29, while incarcerated in the Adair County Jail on an Adair County warrant for the charge of violation of probation.
According to an Iowa Department of Correctional Services report, Goll was found guilty of reckless use of a firearm with property damage; child endangerment - no injury; criminal mischief, second degree and harassment, first degree and was sentenced Nov. 14 to a suspended prison sentence with three years of probation.
Goll is alleged to have violated the terms of his probation by failing to provide proof of a required mental health evaluation, failing to prove gainful employment, missing several scheduled probation appointments, consuming alcohol, failing to pay court fines and fees related to the case and failing to report for random urinalysis testing. In February, Goll was charged with violating an active no contact order and other charges.
Goll continues to be held in the Adair County Jail without bond on the newest charge.

Tanya L. Funke, 44, of Stuart, was taken into custody 5:22 p.m. Feb. 29 on the charge of violation of a no contact order/protective order-contempt.
According to an Adair County Sheriff’s report, at 12:06 p.m. Feb. 29 Funke contacted a hotline requesting help and stated she was bleeding from nose and ears and her head hurt. She provided a Stuart address which EMS responded to but Funke was not there. It was determined Funke was at a rural Casey residence, the residents of which had two temporary no contact orders against Funke in place.
EMS responded to the Casey address and transported Funke to the Adair County Hospital for medical treatment. She was taken into custody after her release from the hospital.
Funke was transported to the Adair County Jail where she was released from after posting $1,000 cash or surety bond.
