Mitchell T. Killion, 42, of Orient, was taken into custody Feb. 4 at the Union County Law Enforcement Center on a Union County warrant for the charge of failure to appear on the original charge of OWI, second offense.
According to a Union County District Court document, Killion was ordered to appear Feb. 2 for a pretrial conference on the original charge and did not.
Killion was transported to the Union County Jail where he was released from after posting $2,000 cash or surety bond.

Kevin L. Davis, 31, of Creston, was taken into custody Feb. 5 on a Union County warrant for the charge of violation of probation.
According to an Iowa Judicial District Department of Correctional Services report filed Dec. 7, 2022, Davis was convicted of a controlled substance violation and sentenced March 12, 2021, to 10 years in prison, suspended with two years of probation. Davis violated the terms of his probation September 2021 through November 2022 by failing to report for six scheduled probation appointments. As of Dec. 7, 2022, Davis had made no payments or entered into a payment plan for fees and costs associated with the conviction. Davis was also charged Dec. 5, 2022, in Dallas County for felony domestic abuse assault and contempt - violation of a protection order.
Davis was transported to the Adams County Jail and held without bond until seen in court.
