Accidents - Nov. 26, 2023

No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident Sunday.

According to a Union County report, at approximately 1:14 p.m., a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by Austin J. Lack, 17, of Afton, was southbound, on Nuthatch Avenue when it collided with a 1987 Ford F150, driven by Austin D. Jackson, 16, of Afton, traveling northbound.

The vehicles hit each other while going around a curve on the road. Both vehicles were pushed to the west side of the road.

Damages to the Ford and Chevrolet were estimated at $2,000 each.
