No injuries were reported Monday in a two-vehicle accident in Creston.
According to a Creston Police report, at approximately 12:27 p.m. a 2016 Chevrolet Traverse, driven by Shayna Davis, 23, of Creston, was northbound on Sumner Street. After slowing down, signaling and coming to a stop in preparation to turn west on Prairie Street, the Traverse was struck by a 2013 Chrysler 200 Limited, driven by Karlie Larsen, 18, of Mount Ayr. Larsen did not see the Traverse stopped.
Damage to the Traverse was estimated at $3,500 and damage to the 200 was estimated at $3,000.
