According to a Ringgold County report, at approximately 4:50 p.m. July 22 a Taylor County woman was sent video recordings on Facebook Messenger from Foster. In the videos, Foster, who is a convicted felon, is seen in a wooded area near a home he was renting in Diagonal, holding a firearm. While switching from “forward facing” to “self facing” mode, Foster, the firearm and the female victim are all seen in the recordings.

Foster made statements in the videos he had beat up the victim for what she did, he had a gun and he couldn’t come back from this, admitted to punching the victim in the face and pointing a gun at her.

Multiple law enforcement agencies responded to the location of the videos and it was discovered Foster and the victim had left the area on a four-wheeler, later found to be stolen from Sutherland, Nebraska. A short time later, deputies spotted the four-wheeler in a tree line. The victim was located with the four-wheeler and transported by EMS for injuries. Foster fled law enforcement on foot and was not located until Thursday.
