No citations were issued in a one-vehicle rollover in Adair County.

According to the Adair County Sheriff’s Office, at approximately 5 p.m. July 26 a 2006 Chevrolet Equinox driven by Columbia E. Duff, 15, of Creston, was southbound on Henry A. Wallace when Duff swerved which caused the vehicle to leave the roadway and enter the west ditch before rolling multiple times. The Equinox came to rest in a field, landing on and damaging a fence while rolling.

Duff was reportedly agitated and distracted by passengers in the Equinox. Duff and a front seat passenger, Tamilee Duff, 36, of Creston, were transported by ambulance to Greater Regional Health in Creston and one rear passenger, Noah Brown, 16, was transported by ambulance to Adair County Health in Greenfield for injuries. Two other rear passengers, who had no complaints of injury, were transported to Adair County Health to be checked out.

Damage to the Equinox was estimated at $14,000. Fence damage was estimated at $500.
