Lenox man dies in one-vehicle accident in Dallas County.

A one-vehicle on Sept. 12 accident in Dallas County near Woodward claimed the life of a Lenox man.

According to an Iowa State Patrol accident report, at approximately 7:45 p.m. Monday, A 2006 Toyota Tacoma driven by Jason Lee Johnson, 39, of Lenox, was traveling eastbound on 150th Street from S Avenue when, for unknown reasons, the Tacoma left the roadway and struck a field drive, causing it to overturn. Johnson, the only occupant, was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident, sustained fatal injuries and died at the scene.

The accident is still under investigation.
