Ashley Heston, 27, of Clearfield, was taken into custody 12:15 p.m. July 22 on the 700 block of West Mills Street on the charge of burglary, third degree.
According to a Creston Police report, Heston entered a home located on the 700 block of West Mills Street, that she did not have permission to do. While inside the residence, Heston took items that did not belong to her. No one was in the residence at the time Heston entered the home.
Heston is being held in the Adams County Jail on $5,000 cash or surety bond.

Brodie Pingree, 35, of Creston, was taken into custody 8:05 p.m. July 22 at his residence on the charge of domestic abuse assault with intent to inflict injury, first offense.
According to a Creston Police report, officers were dispatched to a residence on South Pine Street for an active domestic situation. Pingree did admit to using physical force to push the victim and multiple witnesses stated there was more physical contact then just pushing.
Pingree was transported to the Union County Jail where he was released from after posting $2,000 cash bond.

Dominik Shoemaker, 18, of Afton, was taken into custody 10:35 p.m. July 23 at Creston Middle School and charged with three counts of assault.
According to a Creston Police report, Shoemaker intentionally shot an Orbeez gun in the immediate direction of three individuals near Maple and Mills streets, which was intended to cause pain or injury to the individual.
Shoemaker was transported to the Union County Jail where he was later released from after posting $900 cash or surety bond.

Bryce Larkin, 19, of Creston, was taken into custody 10:35 p.m. July 23 at Creston Middle School and charged with three counts of assault.
