Corbin Loudermilk, 22, of Atlantic, was taken into custody April 25, from the Pottawatomie County Jail on a Union County warrant for the charge of violation of probation on the original charge of felony child endangerment.
According to a Department of Correctional Services report, Loudermilk violated the terms of his probation by failing to set up or attend treatment programs as directed in the initial sentencing order, refusing to comply with curfew and being verbally abusive with staff at the Residential Treatment Facility, and failure to abstain from alcohol and illegal drugs.
Loudermilk is being held in the Union County Jail without bond.

On April 22, a report of a stolen vehicle was recieved from rural Afton. The stolen vehicle was a red 2004 Chevrolet K1500 Silverado extended cab 4X4 truck that had four plastic pipes approximately four foot long each, a rubber bed mat and half of a pet kennel in the bed of the truck.
The estimated loss of vehicle is $9,000.
