The Chamber works to promote and showcase Creston, as well as being a leadership organization, which works to unify and map a course for Creston’s future development. With this in mind, I would like to continue sharing information on another committee within the Creston Chamber of Commerce.
The Image Enhancement Committee is made up of chamber members, representatives from the city and other concerned citizens that continually strive to enhance Creston. The goal of this committee is to create and maintain a positive image of Creston through beautification, restoration and enhancement activities. As you can see from the list below, this group has been quite active over the years.

· Continuing the Creston Clean Sweep Days – will take place April 28th through May 9th in 2025 – please see below for more information.
· Continue to collaborate and work with other groups and organizations in maintaining and improving the image of Creston.
· Continue to work with the city and others on buildings, yards and homes in disrepair and other nuisances
· Continue Yards of the Month and overseeing the large flower pots around town
The Image Enhancement Committee is seeking input on areas that you think this group could assist with in making a difference in Creston. If you have an idea please contact the Chamber with your thoughts.

Clean Sweep Days is easy and simple. You do not have to struggle to take your items to the landfill. Instead, let the city crews handle it for you. You cans top by the chamber office or Creston City Hall starting April 28th and fill out the paper work or you can visit the city website and complete the paperwork online to have your items will be taken away for free in some cases or for a fee.
