Heather Randolph

Heather Marie (Anstey) Randolph, 41, of Glenwood passed away Thursday, March 3, 2022, at On With Life in Glenwood after a 21-year illness brought on by an anoxic brain injury.

Heather was born on Feb. 2, 1981, in Council Bluffs, Iowa. She leaves behind a son, Julian Randolph, of Council Bluffs; mom, Debra (Sanson) Blackwell (Wayne) of Rockford, Illinois; dad, Jeff Anstey (Kim) of Aransas Pass, Texas; paternal grandmother, Marilyn Lee (Creston); maternal grandfather, Phil Sanson (Creston), stepsisters, Emily and Sara, stepbrother, Tristan; aunts, uncles and cousins, former spouse Robert Randolph of Council Bluffs.

Growing up Heather enjoyed dance class and traveling to dance competitions, teaching small children, vacations and trips with family, her birthdays and candy.

After graduating from Lewis Central High School in 2000, Heather and Robert gave birth to Julian in November 2000. Heather loved being a mom and having a family of her own.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Lola Sanson, and paternal grandfather, George Anstey.
