Isabelle Jenkins, 90, of Lenox passed away Monday, April 26, 2021, at Vintage Park Assisted Living in Lenox. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 1, 2021, at Lenox Presbyterian Church, with Rev. Tim Maxa officiating.
Burial will be in North Fairview Cemetery in Lenox. Open visitation will be 3 to 7 p.m., with family receiving friends 5 to 7 p.m., Friday, April 30, 2021, at Lenox Presbyterian Church. Pearson Family Funeral Service and Cremation Center of Corning is in charge of arrangements.

Isabelle Jean Jenkins, the daughter of Earl Leroy and Charlsey Sarah (Clayton) Thompson, was born March 19, 1931, in Orient. Isabelle graduated from Creston High School. She was united in marriage to Jack Butler and three children were born to bless this union: Jack, Kady and Kelly.
She lived in Stringtown with Jack until their divorce in 1964. Then later lived in Lenox after her marriage to Eldon Jenkins. Isabelle and Eldon were married Nov. 17, 1967, in Lincoln, Nebraska. Their son Eric was born to bless this union.
Isabelle spent her life as a wife and homemaker. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Creston and a former member of the Lenox Christian Church. Isabelle was also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary.
Isabelle lived in Creston until Eldon’s passing and then returned to Lenox. Isabelle resided at Vintage Park Assisted Living for the past six years. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Left to cherish Isabelle’s memory are her children: Kady (John) Russell of Lenox, Kelly (Norma) Butler of New Market, Eric (Amy) Jenkins of Lenox; daughter-in-law Cheryl Butler of Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri; step-children: Dave (Judy) Jenkins, Donna (Don) Jenkins-Bowman, Debra (Kevin) Sweeney, Deanna Jenkins; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Preceding Isabelle in death were her parents; husband Eldon in 2004; son Jack Butler; stepson Dennis Jenkins; grandson Shane Sweeney; sister Alice Rice; brother-in-law Verlyn Rice.
