Crossroads Behavioral Health is in A new location at 210 Russell St.
According to a statement from Crossroads, the Health and Human Service alignment and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics state demonstration model is bringing more changes to the industry July 1, 2025. Crossroads Behavioral Health is restructuring, relocating, and preparing for those changes. As part of the organization’s preparations, it left its 1003 Cottonwood Road office.
Crossroads Behavioral Health Services provides mental health and addiction services for Adams, Adair, Taylor, Union, Clarke and Madison counties. It began in 1975.
