Creston Hy-Vee COVID-19 vaccine update

Creston’s Hy-Vee Pharmacy has received a very limited allocation of the COVID-19 vaccine. These vaccines are currently available to individuals aged 65 and older.

Visit http://ms.spr.ly/6183p2Xc5 to fill out the digital vaccine consent form and select an appointment time and location.

The location asks everyone interested to please be patient and not to call the Hy-Vee Pharmacy at this time. They do not have the ability currently to schedule appointments that are not available online.
