Swanson named middle school boys XC coach of the year

The Iowa Association of Track Coaches named Nodaway Valley’s David Swanson its Middle School Boys Cross Country Coach of the Year this week.

Longevity and outstanding success are two primary criterion for winning.

Also from the area, Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center head coach Collin Shawgo was named high school boys coach of the year for Class 1A.
