Elizabeth "Sue" Bredahl, 82, of Skidmore, Missouri, died on Aug. 7, 2019, at Mosaic Medical Center in Maryville, Missouri. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 12, at the First United Methodist Church, 102 N Main St., in Maryville. Burial at Greenfield Cemetery, Greenfield. Elizabeth “Sue” Breddahl, daughter of James C. and Mertie L. (Coulter) Henry, was born on Jan. 21, 1937, in Graham, Missouri, to James C. and Mertie L. (Coulter) Henry.

Sue attended a one room school house near Graham and was a 1955 graduate of Graham High School, attended Tarkio College and graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a degree in home economics and a masters degree in textiles and clothing from Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa.

On Aug. 30, 1970, Sue married Russell Bredahl in Ames, Iowa. They lived in Fort Dodge, Kentucky and Skidmore, Missouri. She taught vocational economics in high schools in Nashua, Mount Ayr and Rock Falls, Illinios.

Sue is survived by her husband Russell; children, Laura Lee (Brian) Martens, Wausau, Wisconsin, and Lane Christian Bredahl, Bloomington, Minnesota; brothers-in-law, Clark (Linda) Bredahl Greenfield and Howard Hall, Quarryville, Pennsylvania, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Romaine Henry and sister Betty Henry.
