Boone Denton

Boone Denton, 18 months, of Creston died Thursday, Feb. 1, 2018, at Greater Regional Medical Center in Creston.

Celebration of life services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 7, at Powers Funeral Home, junction of highways 34 and 25, in Creston. The Rev. Rick Titus will officiate. Open memorial visitation with family present will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, prior to the service. Memorials are to the family in Boone's name. Boone Lee Denton, son of Quinn Adam Merrill and Leigha Nicole Robbins, was born July 17, 2016, in Creston. He was a lifelong resident of the Creston and Afton areas.

Boone is survived by his parents, Kolby Shaw and Leigha Robbins; brother Evan Merrill and many other friends and family.

Boone was preceded in death by his grandmother Linda Lee Robbins.
