10U Creston travel baseball team has successful season

Pictured is Creston’s 10U travel baseball team that recently brought its season to a close.

The team went 11-4 and won tournaments at Corning and Winterset. Two of the losses came against the Clarinda A’s USSSA team.The Panthers also won a game against a 6-7 grade team from Bedford.

“It was a great season for us the improvement over the season was tremendous,” coach Kyle Sand said. “I look forward to coaching and watching this group of kids for the rest of their baseball careers.
