Linda Elaine Clark, 80, of Phoenix, Arizona, died Friday, Jan. 6, 2017, in a hospice home in Phoenix.
As per her wishes, she was cremated and no services were planned.
Linda, daughter of Raymond and Eleanor (Davenport) Madden, was born Dec. 16, 1936, in Shannon City. She graduated from Creston High School in 1955.
She married Fay (Butch) Clark in November 1956. She received her LPN in Creston and RN and BSN in Phoenix and worked as a nurse until 2000, when she had a stroke and had to stop working. She volunteered at a humane shelter for many years.
Linda is survived by daughters, Cindy Trenkle of St. Joseph, Missouri, and Kathy Conrow of Bisbee, Arizona; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild and brothers Duane (Marian) Madden of Fair Bolt, Minnesota, and Wayne (Angela) Madden of Creston.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 2009, her parents, brother Jerry (Carol) Madden of Holland, Michigan, and her nephew, Jeff.
