WHEN DID YOU OPEN THE GYM? February 2014

WHAT DO YOU OFFER AT THE GYM? 24/7 free weights, machines and cardio, as well as personal training and contest preparation

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN COMPETING AS A BODY BUILDER? Since 2014

WHEN IS YOUR NEXT BODY-BUILDING COMPETITION? Probably April 2018. I start seriously training 16 to 20 weeks out from the show, and the last four to six weeks before it, I train two or three times a day.

YOUR FAVORITE MUSCLE GROUP TO WORK: Chest, so incline presses and bench presses. For clients, I love helping them with legs because they’re challenging.

ONE FITNESS GOAL YOU HAVE CURRENTLY: Obviously, overall health, but also to someday step onto a national stage for body building. My goal for that is July 2018.

FAVORITE BRAND OF WORKOUT GEAR: Gasp

TIPS FOR STAYING COMMITTED TO A NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTION: The biggest thing is consistency with diet and training. Stay on track with those and stay focused.

WHAT DO YOU EAT FOR “CHEAT MEALS?” Pizza and donuts when I’m dieting. It’s crazy because in off-season, I don’t even crave pizza or donuts.

MOST CHALLENGING PART OF INDIVIDUALIZING FITNESS OR DIET PLANS FOR CLIENTS: It takes a while to get to know what type of person someone is, especially mentally.

BIGGEST WEIGHT LOSS YOU’VE SEEN IN A CLIENT: 100 pounds

ONE PERSON YOU LOOK UP TO: Arnold Schwarzenegger

HOBBIES OUTSIDE THE GYM: Watch sports, play golf and watch my kids play sports
