HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN COMPETING AS A BODY BUILDER? Since 2014
WHEN IS YOUR NEXT BODY-BUILDING COMPETITION? Probably April 2018. I start seriously training 16 to 20 weeks out from the show, and the last four to six weeks before it, I train two or three times a day.
YOUR FAVORITE MUSCLE GROUP TO WORK: Chest, so incline presses and bench presses. For clients, I love helping them with legs because they’re challenging.
ONE FITNESS GOAL YOU HAVE CURRENTLY: Obviously, overall health, but also to someday step onto a national stage for body building. My goal for that is July 2018.

TIPS FOR STAYING COMMITTED TO A NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTION: The biggest thing is consistency with diet and training. Stay on track with those and stay focused.
WHAT DO YOU EAT FOR “CHEAT MEALS?” Pizza and donuts when I’m dieting. It’s crazy because in off-season, I don’t even crave pizza or donuts.
MOST CHALLENGING PART OF INDIVIDUALIZING FITNESS OR DIET PLANS FOR CLIENTS: It takes a while to get to know what type of person someone is, especially mentally.
