Bob Kinnaman, 83, of Branson West, Mo., died Feb. 5, 2015, at Beautiful Savior Nursing Home in Belton, Mo.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 14, at Oak Hill Cemetery south of Thayer. The Rev. Joel Sutton will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Powers Funeral Home, junction of highways 34 and 25, Creston, is in charge of arrangements. Memorials are to be established in his name. Online condolences may be at www.powersfh.com.
Bobby Gene Kinnaman, son of Ruth L. (Maloy) and Leo Benjamin Kinnaman, was born April 28, 1931, in Appleton City, Mo.
Bob graduated from William Chrisman High School in Independence, Mo., and continued his education at different trade schools with certificates in electrical and machinist work.
On Nov. 7, 1975, Bob married Darlene Alice (McGuire) in Miami, Okla.
They settled in the Kansas City, Mo., area where he worked as a machinist and electrical technician for Stuart Hall Paper Company prior to his retirement in 1990.
After his retirement, Bob moved to Branson in 1993.
Bob was an active member of the God and Country Church in Branson.
Bob is survived by his wife Darlene Kinnaman of Branson West; children, Diana (husband Mike) Johnson of W.Va., Ron Stone of Salt lake City, Utah, Jodie Kinyon of Creston, William (wife Debbie) Rutledge of Arispe, Thomas (wife Lara) Rutledge of Peculiar, Mo., and Lorie (husband Bart) Newhouse in Belton, Mo.; 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents; son Robert Kinnaman; brother Benjamin Kinnaman; and sister Vera Ohden.
