Robbie Allen Dohrn, 50, 611 W. Adams St. Apt. 5, was charged with possession of paraphernalia 5 a.m. Friday at Walmart.

According to a Creston Police report, Dohrn was stopped in the parking lot of Walmart, 806 Laurel St. During a consent search of his person, a small glass pipe commonly used to smoke methamphetamine was located in his left sock.

Dohrn was being held on $300 bond.

Heather Marie Davis, 32, of Lenox was charged with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a prescription drug, public intoxication, shoplifting and interference with official acts 5 a.m. Friday at Walmart.

According to a Creston Police report, Davis was observed by a manager in Walmart, located at 806 Laurel St., acting suspiciously. When Davis saw officers, she left the building. Davis was ordered to stop, jumped on a bicycle and fled, despite officers’ repeated commands to stop. Davis did unlawfully possess a prescription pill without a prescription. Davis was found to be in possession of trazadone. Davis was intoxicated in public while at Walmart. Davis refused a sobriety test, and also refused a urine test. Davis admitted to using methamphetamine and showed significant signs of impairment. Davis did take items totalling less than $200 from Walmart. Davis admitted to taking the items.

Davis was being held on $2,000 bond.

Brittony Lea Miller, 22, 608 W. Adams St., was charged with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and fifth-degree theft 5 a.m. Friday at Walmart.

According to a Creston Police report, Miller was stopped by officers in the parking lot of Walmart, 806 Laurel St., for a report of a theft from the store. During the investigation, Miller revealed a glass pipe that had been wrapped in Kleenex commonly used for smoking methamphetamine from her person. Residue in the glass pipe also field tested positive for methamphetamine. Also during the investigation, Miller said she had placed unpaid items in her purse. These items were valued at $7.45.

Miller was being held on $1,000 bond.

Larry William Jordan, 36, 409 N. Oak St., was charged with public intoxication 1:14 a.m. Saturday at Elm’s Club, 108 N. Elm St.

According to a Creston Police report, Jordan was intoxicated in a public place, and was attempting to start a fight. Jordan was given the opportunity to leave, but remained.

Jordan was released on his own recognizance.

Todd Allen Lorensen, 30, 311 N. Cherry St. Apt. 2, was charged with operating while intoxicated 2:27 a.m. Saturday in the 400 block of North Cherry Street.

According to a Creston Police report, Lorensen was stopped for a traffic offense. During the stop, it was determined he was under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. Lorensen showed significant signs of impairment while walking to the officer’s patrol car. Lorensen refused standard field sobriety testing, and also preliminary breath testing. Lorensen was charged. Lorensen refused Data Master testing.

Lorensen was released on $1,000 bond.

Angela Dawn Temme, 40, of Harlan was charged with public intoxication and fifth-degree criminal mischief 12:30 p.m. Sunday at Walmart.

According to a Creston Police report, officers responded to a call about reckless driving. The reporter gave a clear and accurate description of the driver, vehicle and located of a vehicle that struck a mailbox and left the scene. A second reporter also reported reckless driving, and a description. Officers observed the vehicle parked in a lot. The driver had left the vehicle and returned while officers were present. The white female was identified by her driver’s license to be Temme. She was unstable on her feet, and appeared to have fallen down. She had an odor of alcohol on her breath. Physical damage was consistent on the vehicle. Temme reported she had just quit drinking a short time ago. There was an open, half-full Busch Light in the console of her vehicle. Temme consented to a preliminary breath test, which indicated a blood alcohol content of .184.

Temme was released on $300 bond.

An employee of Walmart, 806 Laurel St., reported a theft from the store 12:47 p.m. Wednesday.

Loss estimate is still under investigation.
