Kelly Marie McCormick, 32, of Greenfield was charged with operating while intoxicated, having no accident-related insurance, leaving the scene of a traffic accident, failure to maintain control, driving while suspended and operating a non-registered vehicle 6:02 p.m. June 22 in Adair County.
McCormick was being held on $1,000 bond.

Patrick Lawrence Nolte, 31, of Stuart was charged with violation of a no-contact order 5:19 p.m. Thursday in Adair County.
According to an Adair County Sheriff report, at 6:15 a.m. Thursday, Nolte showed up at Rose Acres Farm right behind Courtney Jones. Nolte threatened the man driving the vehicle Jones was an occupant of that he would shoot him, and told Jones he could show up other mornings until she talked to him. Jones got in the vehicle and left with Nolte, and they drove around and talked for approximately two hours before Nolte took Jones home.
Nolte was being held on $300 bond.
