Monday: lemon pepper fish, rosemary potatoes, broccoli, fresh fruit.

Tuesday: Swiss steak, red roasted potatoes, corn casserole, fruited gelatin, multigrain bread.

Wednesday: honey baked chicken, whipped potatoes, carrots and lima beans, wheat roll, citrus fruit cup.

Thursday: herbed pork loin, baked potato, glazed baby carrots, wheat roll, strawberry cake.

Friday: apple glazed pork, yams, cabbage, peaches, multigrain bread.

All meals are served with 2 percent or skim milk and coffee.
