Monday: oven fried chicken, whipped potatoes, broccoli, multigrain bread, tropical fruit.
Tuesday: salisbury beef, mushroom gravy, cheesy potatoes, cabbage, multigrain bread, fresh fruit.
Wednesday: turkey breast with gravy, whipped O'Brien potatoes, lima beans, multigrain bread, chocolate swirl pudding.
Thursday: herb crusted pork with gravy, rice florentine, zucchini and tomatoes, multigrain bread, fresh fruit.
Friday: potato crusted fish, baked sweet potato, Brussel sprouts with lemon sauce, multigrain bread, fresh orange.
All meals are served with 2 percent or skim milk and coffee.
