Larry Lee Hull, 77, of Mount Ayr died Dec. 9, 2014, at Clearview Home in Mount Ayr.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 15, at Watson-Armstrong Funeral Home, 205 W. Monroe St., Mount Ayr. Burial will be in Murray Cemetery. Open visitation will be 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Vistation with family present will be 1 to 2 p.m. service time Monday at the funeral home. Larry Lee Hull, son of Mary Louisa (Perry) and Walter Eugene Hull, was born June 19, 1937, near Afton.
In 1960, Larry married Judith Shelburg, and they later divorced. The family lived in West Des Moines for several years. Larry worked for the city of West Des Moines in maintenance, driving a truck.
In 1981, Larry moved away from West Des Moines and did farm work and other jobs.
Larry is survived by his children, Vickie (Don Webb) Mericle of West Des Moines, Larry (Tommie) Hull of Des Moines, Lawrence (Pam) Hull of West Des Moines and Roscoe Hull of Des Moines; 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; in-laws, Maggie Hull, Arnolene Hull and Ed Mains; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Bernard Hull, Bernadine Harpin, Lafeyette Hull, Noma Hull and Verladine Main; and his twin Lyle Hull.
