ISU Theatre presents ‘A Christmas Carol,’ Creston student to perform

AMES — Jessica O’Riley of Creston will play Arabella Fezziwig in Iowa State University Theatre’s production of “A Christmas Carol.”

Follow the embittered miser, Scrooge, on his journey towards redemption. Along the way, meet the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future, as well as Scrooge’s family, who shows him more compassion than Scrooge deserves.

Based on the classic Charles Dickens novel and adapted by ISU Professor, Jane Cox, “A Christmas Carol” will be performed Fridays and Saturdays, Dec. 5, 6, 12, and 13 at 7:30 p.m., along with matinee performances on Sundays, Dec. 7 at 1 p.m. and December 14 at 2 p.m. All performances will be held in Fisher Theater on the Iowa State campus.

Admission is $18 for adults, $16 for senior citizens and $11 for students. Tickets may be purchased at the Iowa State Center ticket office, all Ticketmaster locations, or by calling 1-800-745-3000.
