Monday: liver and onions or beef patty, mashed potatoes, succotash, wheat berry bread/margarine, fresh fruit.
Tuesday: pork loin in gravy, boiled potatoes, spinach, dinner roll/margarine, birthday or white square cake.
Wednesday: salisbury steak with onion gravy, mashed potatoes, beets, wheat bread/margarine, Mandarin oranges.
Thursday: Thanksgiving dinner, turkey with corn bread stuffing, mashed potatoes/gravy, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie bar, wheat berry bread.
Friday: BBQ pork rib on hot dog bun, broccoli and peppers, peach cobbler.
All meals are served with 2 percent or skim milk and coffee.
