George Hernandez, 33, of Lenox was charged with second-offense operating while intoxicated and open container 6:49 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Highway 25 and 275th Street.
According to an Adams County Sheriff report, Hernandez was stopped on Highway 25 and 275th Street and was charged.
Hernandez was being held on $2,000 bond.
